I love the gorgeous illustrations & simple rhyming text. As an added bonus there are several opportunities for kids yoga: tree, bird, humming bee breath, flower, cross crawl hike, fish, yawning stretch, squirrel toe-ga with brown pom-poms as acorns, bunny breath, snowflake (standing star with wiggling fingers as falling snowflakes), coyote (up dog), owl, deer, wake up shake. There is also a 2-page spread of bear facts.
