OMazing Kids Yoga StoryStretchers at Educare in the News

Woo Hoo!  In the newspaper again today. Great pics & even a short video clip from the OMazing Kids Yoga StoryStretchers class I did with the 3-4 year olds at Educare yesterday. We had a blast doing “Green Eggs & Ham” yoga 🙂

Here is the link to the online article in The Oklahoman: & the print article:

Here are pics from the online article with additional info:

Melissa Valdez, (left) and Adilene Soto make a “house” as Leo Alvarez poses as a “mouse” in the “Would you eat them in a house? Would you eat them with a mouse?” pose…… this was definitely a fave with the kids!

Adilene Soto enjoyed doing yoga!

Doing a fun “Would you eat them in a tree?” group pose 🙂

Aaron Secondino and Melissa Valdez doing “washing machine” pose after the bumpy “Would you eat them in a car?” pose

Leline Castaneda does “mouse” pose.

Brayden Swain and Kingston Mosby doing “Would you eat them with a fox?” pose.

    • Thanks Maria! It was so fun and Educare is such an amazing place. They are a LEED certified green facility, have an organic garden for the kids, everything they feed the kids is wholesome (no processed foods), etc…. I have a smile that lasts for days everytime I go there 🙂
