Dr. Seuss would have loved kids yoga…… just think about it. The creativity & uniqueness of his characters, the messages of nature conservation, peace & equality, and all the fun…fun…fun!
Dr. Seuss books & characters are a wonderful inspiration for kids yoga class activities…. it inspired me to create a 3-page printable of 36 Dr. Seuss inspired kids yoga activities (including poses, breathing, games, affirmations, yamas/niyamas & relaxation).

“I would not, could not, on a log
I do not like the Downward Dog!”
In all seriousness, the fusion of Dr. Seuss with yoga is brilliant! I worked in a special needs preschool, and those kids LOVED yoga.
Thanks for sharing these awesome Dr. Seuss yoga posters. 🙂
