  1. One of my favorite books to use in kids yoga is: “Yoga Games” by Dr. Bersma and M. Visscher.. I love to include the games in class for a fun experience. Great resource!

My other favorite book to use in kids yoga is: “Stories That Come Alive Through Yoga” (by myself Renee Sherkness). I love this book because it includes kid friendly stories with illustrations that were specifically written for a yoga vinyassa for children to do. Having written this book I have experienced first hand myself and from others who have used it the many benefits it offers and how it allows children and parents and/or instructors to share a fun and healthy moment with their children.. A great resource to have!
